CEO

Ronen, a seasoned & professional CEO with vast experience in medical technology, led Human Xtensions (acquired by Touchstone Surgical) and IOPtima (acquired by Kanghong Pharmaceuticals). He specializes in market entry, strategy, and execution.

Christoph SPUHLER
CTO and Co-founder

Christoph, Ph.D. in medical image processing (ETH Zurich), co-founded AcuSurgical in 2020. With experience from Medtech Surgical and Intrasense, he develops cutting-edge robotics to advance ophthalmic surgery.

Arnaud TELLIER
VP Product Strategy

Arnaud, with over 20 years of international experience in the MedTech sector is dedicated to enhancing patient care and empowering surgeons through innovation. A passionate runner, he looks forward to exploring Montpellier’s trails after years in the Netherlands.

Magali BROUILLAT
R&D Manager

Magali, with 15+ years in IVD and robotic surgery, specializes in test management and design transfer in CE/FDA environments. Based between Montpellier and Brittany, she loves sailing and live performances.

Senior executive with 30+ years in R&D, IP, QA, clinical, and regulatory affairs for medical devices. Ophthalmologist with a Healthcare Executive MBA (UCI).

Luc, with 20 years in interventional cardiology, has expertise in Quality, Regulatory, and Product Development across various medical fields. Passionate about nature, he joined AcuSurgical for its vision and team.

Pierre-Antoine FOREST
Dir. of Clinical Applications

Pierre-Antoine, with 30 years in surgical ophthalmology, has led BD roles, founded an IOL company, and pioneered toric IOL placement apps. Passionate in ophthalmology and investor about tele-ophthalmology, was here at the early beginning of AcuSurgical .

Camille ROSSI
Finance Manager

With several years of experience in finance and business management, both in France and internationally, Camille joins AcuSurgical to support its growth. A former high-level sailing athlete, she is driven by a desire to contribute to meaningful projects. Her energy, rigor, and team spirit are central to her commitment to the company’s development.

Basma ABID
HR Manager

Basma combines a background in law and web development with her current role as HR Manager at AcuSurgical. She also leads ESG and DPO activities, liaising with investors on sustainability topics. Formerly an IP expert at the University of Montpellier, she brings creativity to the team—both in ideas and homemade treats.
